Ghanaian youngster Francis Amuzu was on target for Belgium Jupiler Pro League giant, RSC Anderlecht on Thursday evening in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker scored his team’s first goal of the match to put his team in the lead against the Albanian Kategoria Superiore side KF Laci.
Two minutes after the half hour mark, Amuzu grabbed his first goal of the season for the Mauves and Whites to give them a deserving first half lead before the break.
Yari Verschaeren made it 2-0 to the hosts but the visitors scored a consolation six minutes from full time to make the final score 2-1 to Anderlecht who progress to the playoffs spot.
Amuzu played the entire duration of the match and was a constant threat upfront, giving the away team defenders a lot of problems and troubles.
