Budding Asokwa Deportivo SC striker, Gordon Kusi Brokelyn netted his second goal in two consecutive matches this season in the Ghana National Division One League last Saturday.
The 20-year-old Ghanaian prodigy scored his side’s opening goal of the match to put them in the lead in Cape Coast against Venomous Vipers after 25 minutes of action to give the Namoro Boys a deserving lead.
On the 25th minute mark, defender Ishaku Konda’s long ball into the opposition half was flicked by Raymond Owusu Frimpong into the path of Brokelyn who went past his marker with cheeky ease and patiently slotted the ball into the net to grab his second goal of the season after two games.
Unfortunately for the attacker, his goal could not prove to be enough to secure all points for his team as they succumbed to an equalizer on the 66th minute as it finished 1-1 at the end of the game.
The Asokwa Deportivo youngster has scored in all the two games he’s played in the Ghana Second Tier League this season.
