OH Leuven attacking midfielder Kamaldeen Sowah has been handed his debut call-up to the Ghana squad for this month’s 2021 Cup of Nations qualifier matches against South Africa and Sao Tome.
The Leicester City loanee is among the foreign-based players invited by coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor for the two matches.
The 21-year has been outstanding for OH Leuven since joining them on loan from Leicester City, playing 30 matches with eight goals to his credit in the 2020/21 season in the Belgian Pro League.
