Ghanaian international striker Joel Fameyeh scored the winning goal for FC Orenburg in Russia on Sunday afternoon away at Tom Tomsk.
The former Asokwa Deportivo SC talisman netted the winner late in the match to snatch all three points for the Blue and Whites on the road.
Fameyeh played the entire duration of the match as his team recorded their third win of the 2021-22 campaign in the Russian First National League to move to fourth place on the league table.
Mikhail Sivakov gave Orenburg a second half lead after a barren first half inside the 61st minutes mark but the home team struck back from the spot 17 minutes away from full through Alexander Stavpets.
Eight minutes to end the highly competitive game, Fameyeh was put through on goal on the left side of the box and the Ghanaian international scored a beauty from inside the left side of the box into the top right corner of the post to win it for the away team.
The Ghanaian forward has scored three goals and provided two assists in five games this season in Russia for his team, FC Orenburg.
