Striker, Kojo Obeng Jnr grabbed his third league goal of the season for Accra Hearts of Oak against Dreams FC on Sunday night.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker scored his side’s opening goal of the match as they brush aside their opponents by a thumping 3-0 score line in Accra.
The hosts were undoubtedly the best team on the night and wasted a lot of chances in the opening exchanges in the first half as they failed to capitalize on their dominant display.
Two minutes to the end of the first 45 minutes, tricky winger, Patrick Razak picked up a through pass from the left side of the attacking third and made no mistake in setting the tall striker beautifully just inside the box to expertly dispatching the ball into the net to put the hosts 1-0 up before the interval.
Obeng Jnr’s goal against Dreams FC is his third league goal for the Phobians this campaign after scoring twice in Heart’s first game against Ashantigold at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Rainbow Boys went ahead to score another two goals in the second to win the match with a 3-0 scoreline and grabbed their first maximum three points of the season in four attempts.
Obeng Jnr has three goals in four matches for Hearts of Oak in the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League.
