Ghanaian striker, Prince Obeng Ampem was on target twice for NHK Sibenik to power them to victory over NK Locomotiva on Friday.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian international helped his side to secure their first top-flight win in the Croatie Elite League after five games.
The host drew first blood through Ampem after 11 minutes of action to put the host 1-0 up in the end-to-end game.
Sherif Kallaku equalized for the visitors after 33 minutes before Deni restored the host’s one goal lead on the 39th minute.
After the recess, Brazilian attacker Sammir leveled the score on the 69th minutes to set up a perfect ending to the match.
Six minutes from the final whiles, the former WAFA man grabbed the winner for the host with a sumptuous finish on the 84th-minute mark.
Ampem has two goals in five games for Sibenik who recorded their first win in five games this season to 7th on the league table.
