Coach Abdul Karim Zito has made four changes to his team for this afternoon’s WAFU Cup of Nations semifinal clash against Niger.
Coach Zito has kept faith in shot-stopper Danlad Ibrahim, making him one of the regular players in the tournament with three appearances on the spin. Defender Nathaniel Adjei who missed the game against Ivory Coast returns to partner Kobina Amoah in central defence, taking the place of Ivan Anokye.
Abanga Sumaila makes way for Precious Boah, while Suleymana Mohammed returns to take the place of Emmanuel Agyemang Duah.
Captain Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, will for the first time in this competition, start from the bench as he makes way for Abdul Mugeese Zakaria.
The Black Satellites will this afternoon take on Niger in the semi-finals of the 2020 WAFU Cup of Nations in Benin. The winner of this encounter will qualify for the 2021 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations slated for Mauritania.
