Wahab Adams: Kotoko defender reveals admiration For Hearts Fans

Asante Kotoko central defender Wahab Adams has disclosed his deep love for supporters of arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak on how they cheer up the playing body with their vociferous ”jama” during matches.

The former Aduana Stars defender made this known during a presser organized by Kotoko to launch their 2018 African Cup campaign.

According to him, Supporters of the Accra based club regardless of their number, they never give up in cheering their team during games especially in matches between the two glamorous clubs in the country.

“The last time we played Hearts at Baba Yara sports stadium if you divide Kotoko supporters into three they will not get one but they were motivating their team than our supporters” said Wahab.

He added ”We need our supporters to motivate us during our matches .”

Kumasi Asante will start their Confederation Cup campaign against CARRA of Congo on 11th February, 2018 at Baba Yara Sports stadium before enplaning to Congo Brazzaville a forth night for the reverse leg.
