Ghanaian-born American, Gyasi Zardes was on target for Columbus Crew SC in the Major League Soccer in America on Thursday.
The 28-year-old registered an assist nine minutes to full time when he set up Darlington Nagbe who made no mistake in slotting home the second goal for the host.
Gyasi was on the scoresheet himself two minutes from full time when he received a fine pass from Pedro Santos to make it 3-0 to the Yellow and Blacks.
Gyasi, who earlier on in the game missed a penalty kick redeemed himself late in the game with an assist and a goal to help Columbus recorded their first win of the regular season in USA’s top-flight after two matches.
Columbus Crew cruised to an imperious win over their opponent Chicago Fire FC.
