Hearts of Oak defeated Medeama SC by 3-0 on Sunday night at the Cape Coast stadium to reach the MTN FA Cup final.
But what happened the last time the Phobians played in the final of the Cup competition?

Certainly not the football match every Hearts of Oak supporter would want to recall as the 2017 final against rivals Asante Kotoko represent one of the most painful defeats the Phobians have ever suffered.
Sunday 29th October 2017. The occasion was big but it was Sadick Adams that stole the show thanks to his first half hat trick bagged to win the trophy for his side with a 3-1 victory. What a bad day it was for the team coached by Frank Nuttall.
Thomas Abbey was the player that scored the consolation goal for the Phobians.
