The 11-game unbeaten run of Hearts of Oak across all competitions this season means the Phobians are capable of winning the double of the Ghana Premier League and the MTN FA Cup.
The CAF Champions League winners of the season 2000 are in pole position to win the league title as they lead the pack with 59 points after 31 matches – three more points over closest challengers Asante Kotoko.
The Phobians are also one of the credible teams to win the Cup competition this season after winning their first two games – three nil against Liberty Professionals and 4-1 against Windy Professionals.
This will represent a remarkable season for Samuel Boadu and his charges should they go on to realize the double success.
Hearts of Oak defeated Asante Kotoko by 1-0 last Sunday during Week 31 of the Ghana Premier League and they face Ebusua Dwarfs in their Week 32 fixture.
