Former Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder. Francis Joojo Bossman has opened up about some of his regrets and downfall in his professional carrier.
The former Black Meteors player who had a very successful carrier with the capital-based side was on the books of Accra Hearts of Oak between 1999-2008.
In an interview with popular social media blogger DJ Nyame on SVTV, the ex-Edubaise player was very candid on some of his regrets which hitherto could have taken his carrier to another level.
“Most of my friends betrayed me big time but is all part of life if you travel and you leave your community you are exposed to learning new things and you will not do certain things again, most of my friends were responsible for my downfall aspects life my relationship with women, outing and drinking were all part of my downfall but is a lesson”
Francis Bossman was also very critical of the late Sir Cecil Jones Attuquafio on how he hampered his carrier both at club level and his chance to seek greener pastures outside.
“he is a very good coach I will not lie about that but in this life everyone has a path where he will meet his enemy or loved one, I see that in my life Jones was one person who blocked most of my chances to glory. All my breakthroughs in football were blocked because of him” Francis Bossman added.
The midfield dynamo aside Hearts of Oak and New Edubiase also played for FK Ravan Baki in Azerbaijan and Sloboda Sevojna in Serbia.
