Yaw Acheampong has attributed his team’s current predicament in the league after their 1-1 draw at home to Berekum Chelsea to lack of money in the club.
The head coach of the Elmina based club has revealed that the club currently is not financially stable and is having a telling effect on the team and how they perform in the league.
According to him, injured players at camp finds it difficult to get money to treat their injuries to be able to return to the pitch to help the club.
Coach Yaw Acheampong: “Injured players find it difficult treating themselves because there’s no money in the club now”, he told Ahomka FM.
Due to the financial crisis at the club presently, their hitman, Benjamin Tweneboah has left the club to return to Kumasi for the past weeks.
