Ghanaian forward Yaw Yeboah shined in Ghana’s narrow win over Ethiopia in the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Friday night.
The former Ghana U23 captain was a second half substitute but wasted no time to showcase his talent on the field.
Yeboah was a thorn in the Ethiopians flesh with his dazzling runs on and off the ball to give CK Akonnor reasons why he should start against South Africa on Monday.
He had his long range effort saved by the Ethiopian substitute goalkeeper after he was substituted on few minutes after the hour mark.
After his show today, Yeboah would be expected to start for Ghana on Monday evening against South Africa at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg.
