Accra Hearts of Oak striker Kwadwo Obeng Junior has strongly backed claims that his coach is the best tactician currently in the Ghanaian domestic league.
The former Medeama gaffer has hugely transformed the Phonians team since taking over from Kosta Papic who resigned from his post as head coach of the club.
Boadu who guided the former Caf Champions League winners to post a 1-0 win against arch-rivals Asante Kotoko last Sunday in the Super Clash, has gone almost 13 games undefeated.
According to the striker, Boadu’s impressive display in the league undoubtedly makes him the best coach.
“Yes I agree with those saying that Samuel Boadu is the best coach in Ghana” – Obeng told Voice FM.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association on Tuesday 29th June, 2020/1 named Samuel Boadu as the NASCO Coach of the My for May.
He led Hearts of Oak to win five Premier League games and lost one, scoring 8 and conceding two, a run of form that saw the Phobians jump from fifth to first in the Premier League table.
Boadu beats off competition from Mariano Barreto, Prosper Narteh-Ogum and Yaw Preko.
The former Ghapoha and Berekum Arsenal player walked home with a 43 inch NASCO Television set, a NASCO Men’s grooming set and a personalised trophy from electronic partner NASCO electronics.
