Youngster Clinton Antwi has joined Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland’s first-team training camp in the Netherlands after returning from loan.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian left-back played in the Danish Division 1 league last season on loan at Esbjerg FB but has returned to the Wild Tigers following a successful season with Esbjerg.
Antwi played 18 times in the Division 1 in Denmark for the Blue and Whites and bagged seven assists for the former team of former Kotoko striker Dauda Mohammed.
Ahead of the 2021-22 season, the youngster have been included in the Nordsjaelland squad who are currently having their pre-season training tour in the Netherlands.
Though there hasn’t been an official announcement from the club whether the youngster would be loaned out again, his inclusion in the pre-season traveling team suggests he might have a big chance to play for the Yellow and Reds this year in the Danish top-flight.
