Zambian outfit ZESCO United have managed to bolster their squad with the signing of Ghanaian international striker Elvis Bernard Addae from AS FAN FC ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Kaizer Chiefs.
The club’s official announcement said: “ZESCO United Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of 23-year-old Ghanaian forward Elvis Bernard Addae on a two-and-a-half-year contract, bolstering the club’s attacking options ahead of the remainder of the 2025/26 season.”
Addae lands at ZESCO United following a prolific campaign with AS FAN—the reigning champions of the Nigerien Super Ligue—where he emerged as last season’s top scorer and was voted MVP, netting an impressive 18 goals in 29 matches.

The Ghanaian forward is a dynamic and versatile forward who combines pace, clinical finishing, and intelligent movement inside the box.
He has already gained valuable experience in continental competitions, featuring for AS FAN in CAF club tournaments such as the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup, showcasing his ability to perform on the big stage.
Elvis arrives at ZESCO United ready to make an immediate impact and help us chase glory in the Zambia Super League and cup competitions.
