Gameweek 23 of the 2022/23 Access Division One League presented us with some exciting results across the various match centers.
In Zone One A, two goals in the final 12 minutes from Clement Boahen and Emmanuel Boateng earned Eleven Wonders a 2-0 home win against Maana FC. Debibi United saw off Steadfast, 2-0. At the Malik Jabir Stadium, Wa Suntaa defeated Kassena Nankana 2-1. On Monday, Kumbung Binbiem will host Wa Yassin.
In Zone One B, a second half Kwame Larbi Haneku’s earned Young Apostles a 1-0 win against Berekum Arsenal. B.A United won 1-0 at home against leaders Bofoakwa Tano. Baffour Soccer Academy were 2-0 home winners against Mighty Royals.
In Zone Two, Andrew Cobinnah’s goal earned Skyy a 1-0 win on the road against Elmina Sharks. Holy Stars defeated Ebusua Dwarfs 3-1 at home. Nzema Kotoko thrashed All Blacks 5-1. The game between Kenpong Academy and New Edubiase ended abruptly, Kenpong were leading 3-2.
At the Ejisu Okese Park, Future Stars defeated Sefwi All Stars 2-0. WAFA won 1-0 at home against Soccer Intellectuals. Two late goals earned Nations FC a 2-0 away win against Asekem. Pacific Heroes edged Asokwa Deportivo, 2-1.
In Zone Three, Mustapha Yakubu and Akwasi Bentil Duah scored in either half to propel Heart of Lions to a 2-0 win against Krystal Palace. Vision scored late to beat Tema Youth 2-1. Volta Rangers defeated Uncle T. United 1-0, Koforidua Semper as well defeated Rences 1-0.
Liberty Professionals defeated Susubiribi 2-0 to bounce back to winning ways. Akatsi All Stars compounded Mighty Jets’ wounds, beating them 4-1. Dacosta Owusu and Marvin Owusu scored for Golden Kicks in a 2-0 win against Attram De Visser. On Monday, Nania FC will play Na God.
