Ghana Head coach Otto Addo has named captain Andre Ayew and brother Jordan Ayew in the Black Stars starting lineup to face Japan in the 2022 Kirin Cup tournament.

St Gallen Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi who started the Afcon qualifiers 1-1 draw against Central African Republic, maintains his position in post with Hearts of Oak’s Dennis Korsah and Andy Yiadom will start from the left-back and right-back positions respectively.

Leicester City’s Daniel Amartey and france-based Alidu Seidu will partner in central defence for the Black Stars for the first time ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Mubarak Wakaso and Edmund Addo will marshal the midfeild with Christopher Antwi Adjei supporting the attack.

Jordan Ayew and brother Andre Ayew will sphere the attack.
