Ghana’s World Cup opponents, Uruguay, are sweating over the fitness of striker Edinson Cavani.
The experienced attacker has an ankle injury and is now a doubt for Uruguay as they prepare for the World Cup.
“Edi in the last five or six days has done everything to be able to play but the ankle is very swollen and in pain,” Valencia coach Gennaro Gattuso told a news conference on Wednesday.
