Former Premier League side Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs came from behind to thrash Elmina Sharks 4-1 in Zone Two of the Access Bank Division One League.
Alhassan Adamu fired home from a spot kick to give Elmina Sharks a 5th minute lead but Ebusua Dwarfs responded with 2 important goals in either half to bury their rivals.
Sam Appiah grabbed the equalizer in the 25th minute before Emmanuel Osei added the second goal on the 42nd minute.
Ebusua Dwarfs continued their dominance with another goal from Enock Affram inside 75 minutes before Emmanuel Osei put the icing on the cake with a 94th minute goal.
Ebusua Dwarfs are now 5th on the League table having extended their unbeaten run to 8 games.
Elsewhere, New Edubiase United smashed Future Stars 5-0 at the Len Clay Stadium. Alhassan Nuhu scored the opener in the 36th minute to put his side in front.
The hosts doubled their lead seven minutes after the break through Yussif Bawura – with a double from Emmanuel Marfo in the 65th and 88th minutes before Solomon Yiadom wrapped things up with an 82nd minute goal.
New Edubiase United are currently 2nd on the league table and are pressing very hard for Premier League football next season.
Sefwi All Stars pipped Skyy FC 1-0 to move to the 9th position in the Zone. Pennin Ebenezer scored the only goal of the game in the 85th minute after he converted a spot kick to give his side all the spoils in Sefwi.
