Football Administrator Takyi Arhin, widely known as “Thunder,” has issued a bold challenge to potential candidates for the Ghana Football Association (GFA) 2023 presidential position.
According to him, the camp of the incumbent Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku, are patiently waiting for anyone who can afford the GHC50k nomination fee to challenge the WAFU Zone B capo for the country’s football highest seat.
Speaking on Happy FM, the seasoned football administrator noted that: “If you’ve GHC50k to contest Kurt Okraku come, we are waiting for you".
''Whoever is ready should come because if we are able to get at least 20 persons paying GHC50k each, that would be good money for the GFA.''
Asked whether he sees the upcoming election as straight fight between Kurt Okraku and former vice President George Afriyie, Takyi Arhin replied boldly that, no one can compete and unseat the current Ghana FA boss Kurt Okraku.
