The breakthrough for Dreamz Ladies arrived in the 23rd minute when Helena delivered a precise cross near the box, allowing Ivy Owusu to strike it home, giving them a 1-0 lead at halftime.
Shortly after the break, Abdulai Mukarama leveled the score with a header in the 47th minute.
In the 80th minute, Dreamz Ladies’ Sarah Abrafi sent a through-ball to Precious Asante, whose side-footed effort missed the target.
