Bechem United entertain Asante Kotoko at home on Sunday seeking to compound the woes of giants Asante Kotoko SC

The Hunters are currently occupying the 10th position in the table with 11 points, having won 2, drawn 5 and suffered 2 defeats. They’ve scored 6 and conceded 6. United are unbeaten in all their home league games this season (W2, D2) and will be keen to grab all the points at the the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

Last Sunday’s 0-1 loss to Heart of Lions saw Asante Kotoko suffered back-to-back defeats in the league for the first time since the start of the 2024/25 campaign. The Porcupine Warriors are currently 3rd in the table with 15 points, having won 4, drawn 3 and suffered 2 defeats, scored 8 and conceded 6. Kotoko are among the top ten best away performers in the league. They will be eager to pick a point against a side they’ve really struggled against away from home since 2020.

Bechem United have played Asante Kotoko four times at home in the league since 2020/21 season with the Hunters winning two and drawing two.

In the2020/21 season, Bechem United beat Asante Kotoko 2-1, drawn goalless in the 2021/22 season, won 2-0 in the 2022/23 season and recorded a goalless draw again in the 2023/24 season.
