The Black Queens are calling for support ahead of the crucial Olympic Games third round 1st leg qualifier against Zambia.

The Queens will play the Copper Queens over two legs in search of a place in the fourth and final round of qualifiers. Black Queens Anastasia Achiaa, Doris Boaduwaa, Stella Nyamekye, Jennifer Cudjoe, Azumah Bugre and Linda Eshun have been speaking to GFA Communications on the need for Ghanaians to turn up in their numbers to support the team.

On 23rd of February, Ghana Black Queens will play against Zambia, we urge Ghanaians to support us in their prayers.

Doris Boaduwaa

Here is a passionate appeal to all parents, brothers and sisters in the entire country, on 23rd February, kindly come to the Stadium to support the Black Queens so that we can keep our Olympics hope alive. I urge everyone to come support us to victory.

Stella Nyamekye

This is Stella Nyamekye, Dreamz Ladies captain and Black Queens player, on 23rd February, we are playing against Zambia and we plead with the general public to come to the stadium and support us to victory.

Jennifer Cudjoe

We thank our fans and the public for supporting us last year during our 2024 Africa Cup of Nations qualification which has been massive help. Today I wanted to do this video  and ask you all to come in your numbers and support us as we take on Zambia on the 23rd of this month. This is going to be a massive game and we hope that all our fans show up in their numbers to support us win. We’re coming home soon and I hope to see you.

Azumah Bugre

Hello lovely people of Ghana this is your girl Azuma Bugre, player of the Black Queens, I want to use this medium to urge all Ghanaians and football loving fans to come out in their numbers to support the Black Queens on 23rd of February as we take on Zambia in our next edition of the Olympic qualifications. I believe with your prayers and support the Black Queens will sail through victoriously. Let’s keep watching Women’s Football and let’s keep encouraging women’s football in the country and I believe together we can make things happen. Thank you.

Linda Eshun

Greetings from the Black Queens of Ghana to all, especially the people of Kumasi, we have a clash against Zambia on  the 23rd of February which is our next Olympic qualifiers. We are hoping to see you all with your full support and love. Come support and cheer us on to victory. Thank you.

The Black Queens are scheduled to take on Zambia in the first leg of the third round qualifier on Friday, February 23, 2024.
