Black Stars coach Otto Addo has unveiled his squad for Ghana’s crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against the Central African Republic and Comoros.

The list combines experience with youthful talent, featuring key names like Mohammed Kudus of Tottenham Hotspur, Thomas Partey of Villarreal, and Athletic Club striker Inaki Williams. Leicester City duo Jordan Ayew and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, along with Atalanta winger Kamaldeen Sulemana, also make the team.

In goal, St. Gallen’s Lawrence Ati Zigi leads the charge, joined by Hearts of Oak’s Benjamin Asare and Joseph Anang of St. Patrick’s Athletic. The defense includes Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu, Gideon Mensah, and promising youngsters Caleb Yirenkyi and Kojo Peprah Oppong.

The midfield is anchored by Elisha Owusu, Kwasi Sibo, Prince Owusu, and Mohammed Kudus, while the attack is spearheaded by Inaki Williams, Antoine Semenyo, Joseph Paintsil, and Christopher Bonsu Baah.

Ghana will face the Central African Republic on Wednesday, October 8, in Morocco, before returning home to play Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 12.

The Black Stars, currently leading Group I with 19 points, need just one more victory to book their place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
