In the second round of CAF 2026 World Cup qualifiers, Mauritius and Angola will face off at Cote d’Or National Sports Complex on Tuesday.

Mauritius suffered a 3-0 defeat against Cameroon’s Indomitable Lions in their recent qualifying fixture, with Bryan Mbeumo, Georges-Kevin N’Koudou, and Frank Magri securing the win for the opponents. Les Dodos, now on a dismal run with just one win in four matches, aim to bounce back against Angola, who lost the most recent encounter in July.

Angola, after a goalless draw with Cape Verde, will look to put on a solid defensive display away from home. With three consecutive draws since their last defeat in mid-September, the Black Sable Antelopes seek stability.
