George Kwasi Afriyie, former vice President of the Ghana football Association, has charged the Black Stars to secure a convincing victory in their 2016 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Chad on Friday March 21 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
”A must win for the Black Stars today” Afryie wrote on his official Facebook page.
”We need a convincing victory. Lord we need your favor in all our matches.
The Black Stars has been subjected to massive backlash following their uninspiring performance recently and also failing to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The four-time African Champions recorded three defeats and three draws during the qualifiers of the AFCON.
Ghana will host Chad at the Accra Sports Stadium later today with kick-off scheduled at 19:00 GMT before travelling to play Madagascar on Monday in Morocco at the Al Hoceima Grand Stadium.
