Head Coach Yussif Basigi of the Black Princesses has extended invitations to 30 players to assemble for training at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
This gathering is part of the team’s ongoing preparations for the upcoming FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup third-round qualifying match against Eswatini.
Notably, several players will be absent from the camp due to their involvement with Ampem Darkoa in the CAF Women’s Champions League. These players include Mary Amponsah, Comfort Yeboah, Deborah Brown, Tracy Twum, and Abena Anomah Opoku.
Martha Persia Oteng, who was born in Ghana and currently plays for Tottenham Hotspur Women, is among the squad members. This selection represents her first call-up to the team.
The Black Princesses are determined to secure their seventh consecutive appearance at the biennial tournament in Colombia next year.
The team is set to commence their camp on Wednesday, October 25th, starting at 5:00 pm at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence. Below is the list of invited players:
