Gabon national team head coach Patrice Neveu is hoping to guide his team to the round of 16 of the 2021 AFCON slated for Cameroon next month.
The Panthers are in Group C alongside Ghana, Morocco as well as Comoros Island and the French tactician i hoping to sail through from the pool.
“Group C is very tough, all the teams are good and have pedigree. Our main aim will be to qualify from the Group stage then the rest will follow.” Neveu told TV 5
The Central African nation will open their account against minnows Comoros on January 10 before facing Ghana and Morocco.
