Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC wonder-kid Isaac Oppong is out of today’s game against Chelsea at the Golden City Park in Berekum due to injury.
The 19-year-old versatile forward started the season firing from all cylinders and wowing the supporters of the Porcupine Warriors with great and consistent performance.
The youngster scored four goals and provided two assists in his first four games as Asante Kotoko after joining at the start of the 2021-22 season in Ghana.
Unfortunately for the young lad, injuries have come in thick and fast preventing him from dazzling for the Red and Whites outfit in recent matches in the ongoing 2021-22 Ghana Premier League.
He is expected to be back from injury in two – four weeks time after responding very well to treatment on his injury bed.
Undoubtedly, Oppong is one of the most dangerous players in the Ghana Premier League when he is in his mojo and can make life difficult for every single defender on a good day.
