Lyon striker Karl Toko Ekambi of Cameroon has spoken about the level of disappointment in the locker room of the Indomitable Lions following their elimination against Egypt.
After the defeat against Egypt (0-0, 1-3 penalties) in the semi-finals of the CAN on Thursday evening, Vincent Aboubakar spoke of an individual flaw in the Lions with players who wanted to shine alone, without thinking of the collective effort that brought them this far.

Egypt advanced to the final with a 3-1 penalty shootout win following a 0-0 result after 120 minutes.
“It’s a big disappointment because the CAN is organized at home, and we get eliminated in the semi-finals. We have a big team and each time we have played as a team we have won.
