Former Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu says he wants to be at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
According to him, if even he will not be there as a player, he would like to be present at the next FIFA mundial later this year.
“I want to be in Qatar, even if I am not in the team, I would want to watch the World Cup in Qatar so I want my country to beat Nigeria and qualify”, he told Oyerepa FM.
Badu was a member of the Ghana team at the 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament in South Africa when Black Stars reached the last eight.
He also won the 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup with the Black Satellites in Egypt when they beat Brazil on penalty shoot-outs after playing greater part of the match with 10-men.
