As reported by Fabrice Hawkins, Marseille are unlikely to sign Lens Ivorian midfielder Seko Fofana this summer.
Fofana was voted the best African footballer in France this season.
The 27-year-old Lens midfielder has been one of the standout players in Ligue 1 over the last two seasons and has helped promoted Lens to consecutive seventh-placed finishes upon their return to the top flight.
Although the player is likely to leave Lens this summer, Marseille are unlikely to be the destination with any deal being a financially complicated one for Marseille, says Hawkins, while the Ivorian midfielder has several offers from aboard.
