Portuguese Primeira Liga team, G.D. Chaves, has announced the acquisition of Ghanaian attacker Abass Issah.
The former Asokwa Deportivo player signed a three-year contract with the Valentes after leaving Croatian club Rijeka.
Abass has been playing for clubs in Holland, Germany, Croatia, and Slovenia for the past five years.
He has played for a number of teams, including FC Utretch, FC Twente, NK Olimpia, Mainz 05, and Rijeka.
Abass Issah, a former player with the Ghanaian Black Meteors, has registered 32 goals in 122 games during the course of his career.
Abass made 34 appearances for HNK Rijeka in the Croatian Football League last year, contributing 7 goals and 3 assists.
