The Black Stars forward has handed Coach Annor Walker a major boost after his arrival at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence in Prampram.
He was an integral part of the Ghana Black Galaxies team as they beat Benin and Nigeria to qualify for the CHAN tournament after missing the last three editions.
Barnieh has established himself as a household name on the domestic scene following his impressive showings at both club level and for his country.
He was part of the Black Stars team that failed to perform at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar and exited the competition from the Group stages.
He trained with the rest of the team as they prepare for the upcoming 2023 CHAN tournament which starts on January 13.
