Black Stars goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad, presented a jersey to the Member of Parliament for Sunyani West Honourable Ignatius Baffour Awuah following the end of Ghana’s World Cup campaign.
Danlad was a member of Ghana’s team for the tournament in Qatar after being drafted following injuries to Jojo Wollacott and Richard Ofori.
The Asante Kotoko shot-stopper was one of the three goalkeepers called up but was an unused substitute in all three games in Group H.
The World Cup was also Danlad’s first major tournament with the senior national team after impressing with the youth teams.
Upon his return, the youngster visited the MP for Sunyani West while also presenting to him his jersey from the Mundial.
