Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has praised Eddie Nketiah for his increased desire to fill the big hole left by Gabriel Jesus.
Nketiah was sensational against Manchester United on Sunday, scoring twice in a 3-2 win, including the decider.
Arteta was left pleased with the performance.
“The qualities that he has, how much he wants it, how much belief he’s got in himself to become Arsenal’s number 9. His desire, his background, we’re with him every single day,” Arteta said after the game.
Nketiah has scored 14 goals in his last 14 starts at the Emirates.
