According to Bechem United’s head coach, Kassim Mingle, their 1-0 victory over Hearts of Oak was the result of thorough preparation, and he claims that the Phobians could have lost by a more significant margin.

Hafiz Konkoni scored the decisive goal from the penalty spot, taking his season tally to 13 and securing three crucial points at the expense of the Ghana Premier League giants.

Following the match, Kassim Mingle praised his team’s performance, stating that they adhered to the planned strategy and system. He further congratulated them on the win, adding that they missed several opportunities and could have scored three or four goals.

“Very fantastic from my boys they played the way we planned to play. They played according to the system we adopted to come to play this match. So I congratulate them for winning. We squandered a lot of chances we could have buried three or four goals in the match,” Kasim Mingle told StarTimes after the game.

Bechem United’s triumph over Hearts of Oak propelled them to the second spot on the league standings.

The Hunters will travel to Abrankese to face King Faisal in their next game, which is scheduled for matchweek 28.
