Tamale City FC striker, Sampson Eduku is also in hot pursuit for the goal king gong following his impressive showings in the Ghana Premier League in the second half of the season.
Eduku has turned the fortunes of his club in the second round of this league campaign single handedly taking the team out of the bottom of of the league table after 31 matches with 36 points.
Another player who has set sight on the accolade is Bechem United FC striker Hafiz Wontah Konkoni who’s alzo on fourteen goals.
Despite injuries, the striker has struck fourteen times in the ongoing 2022-23 Ghana Premier League with games to play.
