Azerbaijan Premier League side Sumgayit have parted ways with Ghanaian attacker Karim Aboubakar just six months after signing him.
Aboubakar, 27, joined Sumgayit as a from Israeli side Bnei Yehuda in January and went on to make 18 league appearances scoring thrice.
His short term deal has not been renewed and he has now exited the club.
A return to the Spanish lower tier where he made name with clubs including Valdivia and Algeciras is a possibility.
