The German U21 attacker of Ghanaian descent has signed a permanent deal with German Bundesliga side Frankfurt.
Knauff, 21, has spent the past two seasons on loan from Dortmund and he has made 52 appearances scoring 4 goals and providing 5 assists.
The management of Frankfurt are pleased with his output and have signed him on a three-year deal. They paid Dortmund 7 Million Euros.
Knauff was instrumental during the 21/22 season as Frankfurt won the Europa League.
