Ghanaian striker Kwasi Okyere Wriedt has completed a loan move from Holstein Kiel to German second-tier side, VfL Osnabrück for the upcoming 2023/24 season.

This move presents an exciting opportunity for the 27-year-old to showcase his skills and make a significant impact in the competitive environment of the 2. Bundesliga.

Joining VfL Osnabrück on loan will provide Wriedt with valuable experience, allowing him to adapt to a new team and further develop his abilities under the guidance of the coaching staff.

Interestingly, Wriedt has previously had a stint with VfL Osnabrück during the 2016-17 season, where he made 39 appearances and scored 12 goals before his move to Bayern Munich II.

Known for his pace, technical prowess, and clinical finishing, Wriedt will be aiming to leave a lasting impression at VfL Osnabrück, both as an individual player and as a valuable asset to the team.

Despite not being able to break into the senior team at Bayern Munich, he showcased his talent in the second team, scoring an impressive 71 goals and providing 22 assists in 101 competitive games.

Since making his debut for the Black Stars in 2018, the 28-year-old has gone on to represent the team on five occasions.
