Ghanaian centre-back Ewan Otoo has signed a three-year deal with Scottish Championship club Dunfermline Athletic.
The talented central defender featured for Dunfermline on loan from Celtic and played a major role as they won the League 1.
With the club being promoted to the second tier, the have acquired Otoo on a permanent deal for a fee of 500,000 Pounds as they believe he can help them.
Otoo, 20, had just one year left on his existing Celtic contract before joining Dunfermline.
