Black Meteors deputy captain Danlad Ibrahim expressed the team’s determination and readiness to give their all in the crucial U-23 AFCON match against Morocco.

Following their 3-2 victory over Congo in their Group A opener, the team aims to secure qualification to the last four with a draw or a win.

Reflecting on their successful performance in the first game, Ibrahim highlighted their thorough preparation and confidence for the upcoming match.

“We are very prepared as we won our first game. It will be a nice game, and as players, we are fully prepared. We are going all out, knowing that the outcome of the game will determine the qualification for both teams,” Ibrahim stated.

He further emphasized the absence of pressure within the team’s camp, with a focus on delivering their best performance.

“There’s no pressure in camp. We are coming out to give our best.”

The highly anticipated game is scheduled to kick off at 20:00 GMT.
