Ghanaian midfielder Michael Baidoo scored his second goal of the 2023 Swedish topflight season, propelling IF Elfborg to the league lead.
Baidoo was fully involved in both games on Sunday, as his team defeated IK Sirius 2-0 to recover first place.
The 24-year-old returned to an advanced role in Sunday’s game after previously playing in a double pivot in midfield.
He wasted no time settling as he scored one and provided an assist in the 2-0 victory as his side returned to the top of the league table.
