Following his move to Championship club Leicester City, Ghana international Abdul Fatawu Issahaku says he wants to ‘develop’ as a player.
After completing his physical earlier this week, the 19-year-old was publicly presented on Thursday morning. He is on loan from Sporting CP for the season, subject to league and international clearance.
Issahaku has struggled to establish himself in Sporting’s first squad since making his debut in August of last year, spending the majority of his time with the club’s second team.
He says he hopes the move to the King Power Stadium will help him grow.
