Dreams FC striker John Antwi has expressed his eagerness to feature for the senior national team whenever he is given the chance.

Since his return to The Theatre of Dreams, Antwi has showcased his goal-scoring abilities, helping Dreams FC advance to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

As a result of his impressive goal-scoring performances, Antwi received call-ups to the Black Stars in 2017 and 2020 for World Cup and AFCON qualifiers, earning two caps for the senior team.

The 31-year-old has stated that he is always prepared to represent his country once again.

Antwi mentioned, “I will leave that to the technical team. They are monitoring every player around the world, and if they believe that I am qualified and fit to join the team and they offer me a call-up, why not? I am always ready to join the team.” Good
