Ghanaian forward Jayden Addai got his name on the score sheet for Jong AZ Alkmaar in the Dutch Eerste Divisie away at FC Emmen on Friday night.
The 18-year-old versatile Dutch-born Ghanaian attacker grabbed a consolation goal for the Red and Whites outfit as they succumbed to a 2-1 defeat on the road.
It took Addai just 10 minutes into the game to get his team ahead and his name on the score sheet with a beautiful left-footed strike from the right side of the box into the bottom left corner.
Six minutes to the end of the of the first 45 minutes of the match, Jari Vlak scored a sumptuous to restore parity for the home team to make it 1-1 at the break.
Deep into additional time period of the match, Vlak broke the hearts of the away team to send the home fans into wild jubilations as they won 2-1 on the night.
The 18-year-old versatile Dutch-born Ghanaian forward, Addai has nine goals and one assist in 10 matches this season in the Dutch Eredivisie.
