Yaya Toure is the new assistant manager for the Saudi Arabia National Team
Yaya Toure has been appointed as the new assistant manager of the Saudi Arabia National Team. The 40-year-old will join his former Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini who is the head coach of The Green.
The four-time African Footballer of the Year leaves Standard Liege’s assistant coach job to be the assistant manager to Roberto Mancini.
Yaya Toure has served as an assistant Coach at the Belgian club, Standard Liège, the Russian club, Akhmat Grozny and the Ukrainian club, Olimpik Donetsk.
He also served as Tottenham’s U-16 coach from August 2022 to June 2023.
